    Dr. Albert Telfeian is a board-certified neurosurgeon and a world-renowned pioneer in endoscopic spine surgery. Internationally recognized for performing the world's first awake endoscopic spine tumor surgery, he is also the most published surgeon in the Western hemisphere in the field of endoscopic spine surgery. Dr. Telfeian is credited with countless advances in ultra-minimally invasive techniques, transforming traditional inpatient care into outpatient "awake" protocols.

    Prior to founding the Endoscopic Spine Institute of New York, Dr. Telfeian served as a Full Professor, Vice Chairman, and Director of Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery at Brown University. He currently serves on the clinical faculty at Columbia Presbyterian. His career is dedicated to the philosophy that patients deserve the least invasive, most effective surgical solutions available, blending groundbreaking innovation with compassionate patient care.
